Ecology of Care Congress 2016

Twelve influential industry and academic speakers from twelve completely different fields will come together in Copenhagen in November to consider and discuss (with you and others) their ideas on the vitally important concept of Care.

You are invited to be an active participant at the Ecology of Care Congress.

Early bird registration closes September 16

Full registration closes October 28

The Ecology of Care congress is about much more than health care, aged-care, the health industry, etc. It is about reviving an original notion of Care that describes the fundamental essence of human Being in all aspects of life - engineering, design, business, climate change and the environment, etc. - something we will need to artfully employ if we are to continue to succeed as a species in the years ahead. It is a concept that is increasingly cited as fundamental to our thinking and we should be clear about what it means for our efforts to survive as well as how we might begin to use it across a very broad spectrum of practice.

This gathering will be very focused on doing. It will ask, how can we actually begin to build an Ecology of Care - or an ecology (world) that we can care about? What roadmaps can we develop that will help us achieve what we (human beings) want in an Ecology based on Care? (i.e. one where people come first).

Please consider attending the congress and sharing your own knowledge and perspectives at this very rare opportunity.  There are still places but registration is limited to 80 participants selected on a 'first in' basis.
